Explore the iconic landmarks and Strava segments on routes curated by local ride leader with great coffee/selfie stops.
I love cycling and the sense of freedom. Leaving the stresses of daily life and pedaling away without a care in the world, whether it’s in my local lanes or high in the mountains miles from civilization. There’s little that can beat the beautiful simplicity of a bike ride.
Although cycling is one of the most accessible sports on the planet, it can also be one of the most brutal when testing your limits in a sportive or century event.
Cycling is a challenge for sure but indeed, a gratifying exercise and gives the opportunity to explore the great city of New York and neighbors cities;

Speed is variable, and as long you can sustain an average speed of 12mph you should be okay to go and have loads of fun.
I take safety and security seriously, so I only conduct rides from April to November and headphones, loud musical devices or similar aren’t allowed. Before we start, I will go to some basic safety rules to obey, and off we go.
Remember to have your insurance arranged as I am limited to my own.For all of us to enjoy the day, we want an accident free day out.
A GPS is advised and any smartphone or smartwatch will have cycling apps, but you may want to consider extra battery chargers.
